CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • To clean the plastic out door and in door furniture's, always use water and color less non-abrasive detergents.

  • Remain the products soapy for few minutes for better cleanliness and scrub the surface with a flexible brush to avoid the scratchy surface and then rinse the water subsequently.

  • Don't prolong the colored or fatty substance with products, because they can absorbed by polymer and can leave stains.

  • Avoid use of colored detergents, any kind of acidic or basic solvents for long period.

  • Don't use glass cleaners, mops products etc to clean the products.

  • Don't use high pressure water cleaners because this can be effect the polymer.

  • Products with metal parts don't expose the products continuously and for a long time period.

  • These products are suitable for an intense but not permanent outdoor use.

  • To avoid scratches or small spots of rust due to lack of care, they can be slightly repaired by polishing the affected area. Then apply antioxidant priming and in the end bright enamel paint.

  • To maximize the products using life store in place protected from dirt, high temperature, sunlight and saline environments.

  • It is highly recommended not to block or cover the products.

  • The maintenance required by the synthetic fiber and textile is of at least two annual cleanings to remove dust and environmental waste that can remain in the mesh or braiding, as deposited dust and pollution may be perishable.

  • It is advised to clean and dry synthetic fiber properly before storing it for the winter, and do the same process at the beginning of the season, when will be used regularly.

  • GENERAL WARRANTY

  • Boss® products are under a warranty of 3 year time period for normal use and maintenance against any manufacturing defect that affects their functionality.

  • The buyer should always prove the ownership of the product purchased by invoice or receipt.

  • From 6 months after delivery, even within 3 years, the user/buyer should prove that the defect/noncompliance already existed prior to the delivery of products.

  • For Rattan products Boss® grants a warranty for a period of two years from the time of delivery.

  • These guarantees are subject to normal use and service conditions against any manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the products.

  • This warranty does not cover defects and flaws resulting from the passage of time or wear and tear caused by the use.

  • As an example, this warranty does not cover discoloration, and/or tinging of the colours, changing textures of materials, cracks, scratches, chipping and peeling paint, and grazers due to the use and proper destination of such products, etc.

  • If after the review of the product it is found to treat a defect in the manufacturing process of our product, only Boss® may determine the option to repair, replace or reduce the price of the product.

  • DO NOT FORGET to keep the bill of sale/receipt of product sales.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Transport costs for repair or replacement shall be borne by the buyer.

  • Defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence or misuse will void the warranty.

  • It expressly disclaims any liability for incidental damages. The assurance provided by this document is limited to the value of the product.
